Our Love-It-or-We'll-Make-It-Right Promise
We want you to wear your Gay TeeZ proudly, so we keep this simple. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to reach out.
Don't love it? We'll refund you.
If your shirt just isn't for you, for any reason, we'll refund you. No need to send it back. Pass it on to a friend, or donate it somewhere it'll be worn with pride.
Doesn't fit? We'll send a new size.
Tell us the size you need and we'll print and ship a replacement, free. Keep the original. One free size swap per order.
Misprint or damage? We'll make it right.
If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or it's not what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. No need to ship anything back.
Good to know
- Every shirt is printed just for you after you order, so double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't cover orders sent to an incorrect address.
- A replacement doesn't restart the 30-day window.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.
How to reach us
Email support@gayteez.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and tell us whether you'd like a refund or a new size (and which size). For misprints or damage, attach a photo.
